“Is it easy to drain the oil or do you have to lift the whole unit to remove the oil?”

• First, make sure the oil has cooled down and you are able to pour it and you do have the lift the whole unit to remove the oil. I let my oil cool overnight and put it in empty jars to store in the refrigerator.

• Yes very easy just let it cool completely. But you only drain once oil turns brown or if a lot of crumbs you can drain through a sieve and reuse oil.
