Q: QuestionI’m thinking about buying this is it stable on the table when slicing like I can’t move if you could get cut I want to know if it’s quality?

• A:Answer We have had one for years. Works very well on meats and homemade sourdough bread. After using it probably several hundred times, am looking for a replacement blade as the original is starting to tear the bread . Great product.
