No, this morning I spent close to 2 hours with 2 different Geek Squad assistants(they are all indians living in the USA and working as specialists wiht diplomas bought online) and besides their bad English they could not help me. In the end they told me to call Yahoo myself, I said that I already did and they want me to pay for it. I already pay Geek Squad every year hundreds of dollars and as you can see, they do nothing for customers.
