The mugs will warm the coffee indefinitely if you leave them on the saucers they charge them. We typically don’t, but they’ve never lost their charge, even after a couple of hours.

As long as the battery in the mug lasts or FOREVER if it’s on the charger. These are awesome mugs.

It can go about an hour if not charged. It can go a lot longer if you set the cup down on charger after every sip. I was not impressed with capacity or solo warming time. A mug heater would have done just as good.

The 10oz mug will keep your beverage warm for a couple hours. I am the kind of person who pours a mug of coffee and then gets busy doing other things, like making breakfast and getting the rest of the family out the door. I would often find my drink had gone cold. Not any more! Still piping hot even an hour after I filled the mug. If you will be using this mug at work, I would suggest keeping it on the charger saucer which will give you unlimited time to drink your beverage. Love these mugs. We have several sizes in our house and the travel mug.
