- Answer Would depend on the Temperature setting you use and your own sensitivity. I use the default 135 degree F setting with Coffee and Tea and the surface of rim is not too hot when drinking. The handle is still practically cool to touch. The Ember mug only goes to 145 degrees F

- Answer If these are not sold in Europe with a Euro power adapter I think you could use it just fine because the power supply will work in Europe with a simple plug adapter. The power supply is 19v 2.1a WA-40J19FU. It is a switching power supply with input range 100-240v.

QuestionApproximately how long does the battery last before it dies as there's no replacing it? Im ok with that if its guaranteed a fair time frame. Is it promised to work for x time? I really want it but only if battery lasts a fair life.

- Answer Battery life on rechargeable usually last 2-3 years depending how many cycles (times you fully recharge it) 2-3 years is ~600-900 cycles thats pretty good
