“I've had this for 9 months. Has anyone had issues with the screen blanking?Every so often, when I try to use it, the backlight comes on but no menu listings are displayed. Unplugging it and replugging it fixes the problem but I want a permanent fix. Thx”

Mine does the same thing and now the unplug/rep lug fix doesn’t work most of the time so I can’t choose an option similar to what I’m cooking. Rendered it basically useless.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the cord coming from the unit. Happened to me until I noticed when I move the machine the cord got loose. Hope that’s solves your problem.
