“Can aluminum foil be used to line the drip pan to aid with clean up? Ie. Will lining the drip pan with foil affect the heat distribution. It looks like the heating element is at the top.”

The heating element is up top so lining shouldn’t make a difference but it’s got a non stick coating so I’m sure if you soak it, you shouldn’t have any issues without a liner
