Q: QuestionIs it 110-240 W?

• A:Answer According to the plate on the bottom of the unit, the VOLTAGE is 120 Volts. The WATTAGE is 1800 watts. If you're thinking of using this in country with 240 Volts, you would need to use a Voltage Converter, otherwise you'll burn the fryer out.

• A:Answer Make sure start button is pressed one time to set it on, then press it again to set up time + or - usually 15 minutes is first timer that comes on. Hit on or start button and you’ll see how it starts running at 350 degrees or whichever you set it to.
