• I think the pan is painted (and possibly coated) steel. Not stainless as far as it looks.

• Hi Jamie, Seems to be coated with a non stick Teflon type of surface. Works good too. Pretty easy to clean off. Cheers.

• No, its not stainless steel, it's coated metal similar to non-stick plate.
