Thank you for your question. This oven is designed to be hardwired (requires a 220–240V, 3-wire copper cable from your home power supply); it does not use a plug-in power cord. Regarding the rack: the oven includes one rack. If you need an additional rack, it is sold separately — please search for model number ACC-WH85.
