Dear Dodadeb; Yes, for a FEE. But that's what the GeekSquad does. If you have a friend, who's rather handy with computers, he or she could download, register, and install Office 2016 for you. That would be so much better. Plus, you should write down all registration information for your records. You may need it in the future. Date everything. Consider it the start to your Little Black Book of Computer Knowledge. Best of luck.

They have done it for me in the past. Depending how busy they are, you may have to leave your software and computer

I have been made aware that the Geek Squad will install any product for your computer (most likely with a fee). The only possible draw-back lies in that you might need to leave it overnight or for another duration of time. That pends upon each store and where the Geek Squad is with their orders and service schedule.

I was able to install myself. It was pretty simple. But you could probably inquire with them regarding installation.
