Q: QuestionCan this really work on new windows 10? I saw one person say yes and another say "no" and that it's a piece of junk. Please let me know. I don't need all of those fancy programs that cost a fortune and re-bill annually, just word and excel programs.

I've been a computer consultant for 25 years, and it is rare to find a recent title that doesn't install right. This one will. By the way, you will get Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in this release. This is by far the best way to go for XL, PowerPoint, and Word functionality because it is a one time very reasonable cost (unlike MS Office!) and I love it!

The difference between the two is this: .DOC is the older format to Word documents prior to Word 2010; .docX is a newer style of Word formats beginning with Word 2010. I have tried other office type programs that are more elaborate, compatibility issues with MS office was the issue with most of the program's!! Not so with Office Suite!!
