- Answer Great question! The magnetic connection works through cases up to about 3mm (0.12 inches) thick. For best performance, we recommend a slim case — anything thicker or with a metal plate/magnetic mount on the back may reduce the magnetic hold strength. 😊

- Answer Yes, it's compatible with iPhone SE 3rd gen! The iPhone SE supports Qi wireless charging, so it will charge wirelessly on this power bank. Just note that the iPhone SE doesn't have built-in MagSafe magnets, so the magnetic alignment won't snap into place like on the iPhone 12/13/14/15/16 series — but it will still charge perfectly fine when you align it properly. 😊

- Answer Anker products are far superior to this product. Mine broke apart after 2 uses of wireless charges. Best Buy doesn't accept damaged returns, even if it was a faulty product.
