Hi Kozta, This charger is designed specifically for iPhone, AirPods, and Apple Watch, and it uses MagSafe/Qi2 technology. Unfortunately, it is not compatible with Samsung Watch Series 4 because that model uses a different charging standard and does not support Qi wireless charging.
