It has no cord to plug into the wall, and no wall charger. It uses a USB cable (provided) to give the charger power to charge the batteries with. This perhaps explains why it is *not* a 'fast' charger: it can take up to 6 hours to fully charge a battery pair! (It charges them in pairs.)
