The TSA limit is 100Wh (watt hours) capacity. Technically, this unit is 111Wh (3.7v * 30Ah = 111Wh) and thus is OVER the limit. The maximum capacity battery packs that are TSA approved are the ones usually marketed as 26,800mAh = 99Wh.
