“When using the product I can charge up the power bank to 100% but when I use it. It will go down to 30, 35 or even 50% and then act like it's empty. I'm not sure if the battery is reporting accurately or if the display isn't accurate. Can it be fixed?”

The one I just bought a few weeks ago does the same thing. It'll just start doing random weird stuff with the display and it won't charge anything and then all of a sudden it'll be down 50% I think it's a software issue
