“I just purchased two of these in april i believe the 10th too be exact. One now wont take a charge it just flashes different numbers when we plug it in and try too charge it. Is there store warranty being only had it lil over two months or factory?”

• Same thing with the one I bought a couple weeks ago, seems like a software issue I don't really trust it. My Anker brand one I bought a few months before is very reliable, I'm thinking about just recycling this Energizer one buying another Anker.

• I believe they have a one-year warranty which they don't seem to want to honor. I have submitted a claim and have not had any response. mine stopped charging then went blank.
