Stuck on 86% for a long time...is this normal? null

Maybe leave it plugged in charging longer? It takes several hours to fully charge. Mine said 86 for atleast 4 hours. I left it over night and it fully charged to 100

Takes too long to charge. Mophie doesn't take this long to charge, stays powered for about two weeks be recharging.

No. It should go down when you charge. Even not charging it will still go down slowly
