• The Energizer MAX 30,000mAh power bank is not approved for air travel because its Watt-hour (Wh) rating of approximately 111 Wh exceeds the 100 Wh limit for carry-on baggage. It also does not support bypass charging.-- Energizer PowerPacks Service Team

• As long as it has above 1%, and doesnt fall to 0 from exchange loss, it can charge other thing while itself is charging.
