“How many batteries fit in and how many can or need to be charged at one time? First, does it fit 4 batteries of AA or AAA size? Second, do you have to put 4 (or whatever the full amount is) to be charged at once or will it charge with just 1 or 2 in it?”

Will charge either size and also 2 or 4 at a time. Not sure if can charge 1 at a time
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Energizer battery combo charger fits AA or AAA batteries. There is a lower compartment for AAA batteries. But it fits either AA or AAA in the same compartment section. The charger can charge two (2) batteries or four (4) batteries only. It cannot charger one (1) and cannot charge three (3). Also there must be two on each side or just one on one side.
