• A:Answer No. You can only charge NiMh and NiCd batteries. Lithium Ion cells have a different chemisty. There are chargers out there that can charge all three but this isn't one of them.

• A:Answer Probably means the battery is bad. Check the polarity, if it is ok, then check the voltage. If it is below 1.0 volt after taking it off the charger, and will not equalize, then it is bad, and needs to be disposed of.
