• Probably means the battery is bad. Check the polarity, if it is ok, then check the voltage. If it is below 1.0 volt after taking it off the charger, and will not equalize, then it is bad, and needs to be disposed of.

• the battery is not in proper and it could be that your charger want accept the batteries you put in it

• It could potentially mean there is an issue with the charge port. If not that the batteries could be bad.
