• It’s got a 10,000mah capacity and the s22+ has a battery capacity of around 4400mah. So you should be able to get at least 2 full charges if the pack is fully charged. As for hours that depends on your phones usage.

• Yes it'll work on your phone! Everytime I allow mine to be fully charged I can usually get appr 4 full recharges and some partial charges of my Google Pixel which has a comparable battery to your phone.
