No. These lithium batteries are not rechargeable. Its are not to use for cellphones.

No these are not rechargeable and also are not the kind of extra lithium ion batteries that cannot be carried on airplanes as spares.

As I understand it, Lithium batteries are NOT rechargeable, but Lithium-ion batteries ARE rechargeable.
