“Mine did not come with instructions is that normal? How do I know when it’s fully charged? The package says it has seven modes how do I activate them? I hit the button and all that happens is high low or flashing Thank you”

I find it most of the time when I don’t know how to do something I simply go to YouTube to find 10 videos the answer of my question so I would suggest that you try that
