- Answer after chatting in the app with the post purchase team you either need to drive into a store and have someone at the support desk activate the offer or call 888-237-8289 and request they do it over the phone. why this one is different than other offers where you can add it to the cart and get a digital code in 5 mins who knows...

- Answer This is an individual plan. Unfortunately, two people cannot listen simultaneously using the same login. We do offer family plans though that you could sign up for after the 6 month offer.
