after chatting in the app with the post purchase team you either need to drive into a store and have someone at the support desk activate the offer or call 888-237-8289 and request they do it over the phone. why this one is different than other offers where you can add it to the cart and get a digital code in 5 mins who knows...

I was routed to Auto Care despite telling the agent I wanted the digital download department. Once finally at the digital download department they routed me to primary (virtual) sales who put me on hold so long I was sent back to a generic agent. They kept referring to the wrong SKU, 6628379 which is a 4-month subscription (based on some headphones I purchased); I had to remind them I was talking about 6628380 because I'm a Plus member! An hour on the phone and no resolution. I have a case ID and will try back in a couple days I guess. The yellow "Activate" button is not visible. It says "Not for Individual Sale" and is grayed out. Trying to 'purchase' this thing when it's supposed to be a free trial has been a huge headache. Sirius XM, can you pester Best Buy from your side so this actually works?
