• This computer does not have a 1TB HDD. It has a 128GB SSD, and that's indicated repeatedly in the specs (I don't see 1TB mentioned anywhere). Typically an SSD will be smaller in capacity since it costs more than an HDD. The trade off is that it runs much faster due to having no moving parts.

• The hard drive (Solid state) is only 128 GB which is rather small I must add. The 1Tb refers to the system memory and NOT the hard drive.
