“the description remains misleading, after I chatted with a representative a few hours ago. The "with up to 6 cores and 12 processing" is: 1. nonsense, and 2. a lie. Why not say "UP TO 100"? Processor Ryzen 2500U has 4 cores,8 threads. Vega 10 also a lie”

This is a 4 cores 8 threads processor with Vega 8 graphic. Bestbuy need to correction the description ASAP it is misleading.

If you wish to make feedback about the descriptions you can do so from the contact Best Buy section of the site. I looked and it seems the product has been edited and now states it is a Vega 8. Since the listing of the products is done by actual humans there are sometimes errors. We appreciate, and I am sure Best Buy does as well, when customers are able to catch an issue and makes it aware to us. Sometimes when referring to storage I have seen where it has listed the hard drive as 1KB! Thanks for keeping an eye out.
