“Why do the drivers not update auto and could this explain why NUMLOCK key is not working. I went to HP Support Assistant and realized many of my drivers are not updated. SO the first downloas must have been only for win 10”

• I didn't have this issue, but as soon as I turned on the computer first time windows 10 wanted to update, and it took most of a day to do so.
