Is this VR Capable? null

Nowhere close. A new PSU and GPU would be required at the very least to make it work.

I use it for some online gaming, but it isn't for extreme gaming. It has Intel HD Graphics 630 which may not meet your requirements. VR capability is not specified on the label, which I kept.
