Thank you for your question! There is not a particular model of RAM which HP uses. Only a part number for ram which is compatible. The Part Number for 8-GB, SODIMM, DDR4-2400, 1.2-V RAM is 862398-855 while 4-GB, SODIMM, DDR4-2400, 1.2-V is 862397-855
