“I am wondering if there are any nurses out there who can tell me if this would make a good laptop for nursing school? I know I will have to install a $500 software on the laptop I choose once I begin courses.”

I’d try to find a computer with a SSD or plan on adding on adding one after you buy. This machine has a good processor, but the hard drive is terrible and I’d hate to see you lose all of your files and work.
