“Bought this laptop to replace a Toshiba Satellite C-55 with an i3 processor that is close to 8 yrs old. This machine is very sluggish compared to the Toshiba. Is this a common problem or is there something I can do to remedy this besides returning it?”

• The reason it is sluggish is due to it having a mechanical HDD, there is room for an SSD, it will remedy if you put an SSD in the system and put windows on it.
