“I just purchased a four pack, all High Capcity ink cartridges, at another retailers store. I can't find it in Best Buy's listing. They have the High Capcity 4 pack in Black, but the other three cartridge colors are regular capcity . Why ?”

I have the same issue. I usually have to buy high capacity directly from Epson online.

Interesting ... I could ONLY FIND the multi-colors at BB on the internet. To get single "Blacks" I had to go to the store.

I have never seen it with all the ink in high capacity, even on the epson site. I get this package and then order the Individual colors in high capacity as backups.

I think it is by design. They force you to buy more ink.
