“I recently purchased a WF-2930 printer and i'm already running out of black ink?!?, Can I refill the ink cartridge at the refilling kiosk? Also, is there a mode to set the printer to remove the cartridges? I can't seem to be able to remove them. Thank you”

Hello Maltag. You can replace Ink Cartridges on the WF-2930 by selecting Maintenance > Ink Cartridge(s) Replacement from the printer's control panel. The printer is only compatible with Epson 232 and 232 Ink Cartridges, and they are not refillable. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
