Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Every cartridge is new. I doubt Best Buy sells any refurbished ink, without clearly referencing this. I even have my printer on auto renew. When my printer runs low, it sends a message to Best Buy, and the ink cartridges magically appear at my door, before I run out. I have NO idea how it actually works. I just signed up for it on Best Buy and clicked 'yes' on a question my machine asked me. And, it was done. I love it.
