Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes you can. I have been using 200 cartridges with my epson Xp340. The manual says to use 288, but for some reason I bought the 200 carts a while back and have had no issue.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, although they are 100% identical cartridges, the chip inside them that tells the printer whether it is the right ink is marked differently. The idea is that if you have an older Epson printer, say an XP-410, and you need to replace it with a newer model (say, for example, the essentially identical XP-440), you can't use the ink you already have. You instead need to throw all that ink away and go buy the 288 cartridges.
