“Is the correct cartridge for my Artisan 800 the 99 or 98?”

Both 99 and 98 fit the Artisan 800 series. One holds more ink than the other and is more expensive as a result.

Both are used for the 800. One is standard capacity, one is high yield.

Both the 99 and 98 Claria ink cartridges are correct for an Epson Artisan 800 (color photo/printer, copier, scanner and fax). The 99 is standard capacity while 98 is high capacity allowing for more pages to be printed before running out.
