I Just need Light Magenta for My Epson Artisan printer . I don`t want to buy a multi-pack ! Why are Individual cartridges` Not Available ?

If you saw my evaluation of the cartridges and the increasing difficulty finding either individual or a multi-pak, you may want to stock up. Either they are very popular or edging toward discontinuing.

I cannot answer that question but I truly wish the cartridges could be purchased individually. I only use black and white, the majority of the time, and the colored ink is always in need of replacement. I have so many colors that hardly ever need replacement. 
Too many extra cartridges sitting around. I guess to avoid this, one needs a new printer.

They are. BB just doesn't stock them as the Artisan series is now very dated.

Older printer, maybe smaller store. The better price per cartridge is on multi pac, and the sealed packs will keep. Try an office supply store as well.

They now sell individual colors, no need to buy the entire multi pack if not needed.

Single Color packs were not available when I purchased my Multi Pack. If you buy a Standard Capacity Multi Pack, you will save money. Best Buy only had the Light Magenta available in the Multi Pack when I made my purchase.

There are individual cartridges available for the Artisan. If Best Buy doesn't carry the individuals, Office Depot/Office Max does. No need to buy a multipack for 1 cartridge.

You can purchase that ink alone or as I do buy a pack with all colors then change each color as they run out. There have been times when I need to purchase a single color but try to only purchase the multi pack for the savings.
