My 502 ink does not fit in my Epson 4850 null

Hi, 502 ink refill bottles are correct for your EcoTank ET-4850. Please make sure you are using the correct color for the ink tank you are filling and try gently rotating the bottle on the fill port to get the keyed nozzle to mate with the port. If that does not work, call the Epson support number from the Start Here Poster that came with your ET-4850 for real-time troubleshooting, Dylan – The Epson Support Team.
