“How can I fix the error code 000031 on my epson et 15000. I turn off and then back on and seems like it's starting up but then has a little grinding sound at the end. And then I get the error code 000031? Can't find a solution?”

DID ANYONE EVER FIGURE THIS OUT THIS IS HAPPENING TO MINE TODAY. Printer jam removed jam and now making a loud grinding sound and cartridge stays stuck to the left then gives error 00031
