in the description it does state that it does NOT do auto 2-sided printing.

Now we all know they can fix the software on this to correct the problem. But I've looked back and this has been a problem complained about by consumers for several years. I NEVER would have bought this if I knew. My last few printers all were capable of printing both sides as an option. Sooooo you're saving INK but WASTING PAPER, TONS OF IT

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I just purchased this printer and installed it. I can confirm that it does NOT have automatic two sided printing. Again, it cannot do it. The Best Buy site is wrong. I already regret not researching this more thoroughly. Not having this feature ruins the printer for me.
