What if my refurbished printer does not work? null

I don’t think you will have any problems. Mine works great! It is flawless and looks new. If you do however, you can return. Great customer service.

Hello Cindy. The refurbished ET-2850 includes a limited warranty. If the printer is under warranty and stops working outside of BestBuy's return period, then we can replace the printer if it is determined to be a manufacturer's defect. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
