Hi, Nduguij. It does not. At least not in the "traditional" way using an RJ11 landline connection. The only connection on the back is for the power supply. I don't even see a menu option to send a Fax. I tried researching sending a pdf via the web from my desktop with little success, or at least not wanting to use the procedures mentioned. The printer can scan a document, convert it to pdf, and send it to your desktop or laptop. I have found that just about everybody now takes a pdf sent as an attachment in an email or via upload. I believe faxes have become "End of Life" (EOL). BK
