Hello ThriftyMom. The ET-3850 can only print on No. 10 sized envelopes. The printer can reduce and enlarge copies between 25% up to 400% directly from the control panel. Unfortunately, we have not tested iron-on transfer sheets in the machine. We recommend contacting the manufacturer of the transfer sheets to confirm compatibility. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
