Hello Scott. The heaviest card stock the Epson ET-3850 supports is 27 lb (100 g/m2). If the card stock you are planning on using meets this specification, make sure it is inkjet compatible and select Thick Paper in the printer driver when printing. Automatic 2-sided printing is generally done with plain or multipurpose paper. With thicker paper, your results will vary, and more than likely, you will have to flip the paper manually.
