Hello Cynthia22. Please visit our official Epson Support page and see the "Paper Loading Capacity" section in the User's Guide. This will reference all of the paper types and sizes supported. If you continue to have this issue after selecting the correct paper type and paper source settings on your computer, please call our Technical Support team by phone for additional assistance.
