“What is the difference in the ecotank inks? I have a supply of 502 and my new printer is 5800”

I also have the 502 ink bottles per a geek squad person. They told me that it's the one to use. So, WHY in the heck doesn't the printer have the colors in EVERY tank right now? I tried filling each tank and it looks like that every color is full. WHY isn't it printing all the colors correctly???

Hello bamboandoak. We recommend using Epson T542 Ink Bottles with the ET-5800. Ink Bottle numbers are formulated differently and are designed to be used with specific printers. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
