“What is the difference in the ecotank inks? I have a supply of 502 and my new printer is 5800”

• I also have the 502 ink bottles per a geek squad person. They told me that it's the one to use. So, WHY in the heck doesn't the printer have the colors in EVERY tank right now? I tried filling each tank and it looks like that every color is full. WHY isn't it printing all the colors correctly???

• Hello bamboandoak. We recommend using Epson T542 Ink Bottles with the ET-5800. Ink Bottle numbers are formulated differently and are designed to be used with specific printers. Regards, Kevin - The Epson Team.
